His clients span a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, city government, technology, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to partnering with Lead Effect, Matt held various leadership roles in the nonprofit sector before transitioning into tech sales. During his time in sales, he began consulting with nonprofit organizations and discovered a deep passion for helping leaders build healthy, aligned, and high-performing teams.
Matt attended Biola University and completed his graduate work at Fuller Theological Seminary. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
