Matt is a naturally gifted communicator, which allows him to quickly and effectively deliver concepts related to Organizational Health. This unique ability drives change with cohesion and clarity within the organization. His clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, education, city government, and non-profit entities.
Matt’s relational skills and engaging communication style helps get buy-in from leaders and teams quickly. His energy and passion for organizational health is seen early on with his ability to keep the room engaged.
Prior to partnering with Lead Effect, Matt held various leadership roles in the non-profit space and then transitioned to Tech Sales for several years. During his career in Sales he started consulting in the non-profit space and soon discovered his passion for Organizational Health.
Matt attended Biola University and did his graduate work at Fuller Theological Seminary and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jonathan lives by the principle of “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” He engages deeply with Executive Teams to truly understand their challenges and the gaps between where they envision a successful future. He believes that his role is to bring out the ideas and solutions that already exist within the leadership teams, shine the light of day on them, and help turn them into actionable results. He brings in real life operating experience in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Underwriting, Captial Markets, Six Sigma, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Strategy, and Client Partnerships to life in his engagement with leadership teams.
Prior to LeadEffect, Jon worked at GE & GE Capital for over 15 years when it was the most Admired Company in the World; in the Global Business Process Industry for Genpact, Conduent, Sutherland, and WNS, providing support to US companies in India, Philippines, Central America and Eastern Europe; and Family-Owner, Venture-Backed and Private Equity companies in the Banking & Financial Services Consulting, Payments, Legal Collections, and FinTech industries.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers College, majoring in Economics, and an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School. He lives in Davidson, North Carolina, outside of Charlotte, with his wife and 4 daughters. He is active in local community organizations, F3, and Love Lake Norman, and he loves playing tennis with friends whenever possible.
